Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern bookings made with [Taibah Travels LLC] (“Taibah”, “we”, “us”, “our”) via taibahtravels.com, our staff, or authorized agents. - Package: Any combination of services (e.g., flights, hotels, ground transport, visas, tours, permits).
- Supplier: Airlines, hotels, transport companies, visa processors, tour operators, and other third parties.
- Group Umrah: Date-specific departures typically including flights, hotels, visa assistance, and ground transport (as listed on your invoice).
- Independent/Custom: A made-to-order plan; inclusions vary by quote and invoice.
We act as a travel organizer and/or agent. You also have a direct contract with each Supplier, and Supplier terms apply in addition to ours. We are not responsible for acts, errors, or schedule changes by Suppliers or authorities.
Your invoice controls. Unless expressly listed as included, an item is excluded.
- Group Umrah: Round-trip flights, hotels, Umrah visa assistance, scheduled ground transport, guidance.
- Kaaba View / Haram Panorama / Shuttle / Ground packages: Usually hotel and/or ground services; flights often not included.
- Halal Tours (e.g., Egypt, Istanbul, Dubai): As shown per itinerary (hotels, tours, selected meals, local transport).
- Website “From” prices are lead-in estimates based on limited availability and may change until the deposit is paid and services are confirmed.
- Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise and may be affected by exchange rates, taxes, surcharges, or Supplier increases.
- Child/infant rules, single supplements, triple/quad bedding, and peak surcharges (e.g., Ramadan) vary by Supplier.
- Deposit (non-refundable): [e.g., $300 per person or %] due to start bookings.
- Final balance: Due [e.g., 45] days before departure or earlier if the Suppliers require. Missed deadlines can cause automatic cancellation with penalties.
- Non-refundable items: Visa fees, ticketing/service fees, Supplier fees, and insurance premiums are normally non-refundable.
- Payment methods: [Cards/bank transfer]. Where permitted, processing fees may apply. Unauthorized chargebacks are a breach of these Terms.
- You are responsible for meeting all entry/transit/re-entry requirements, including passport validity (often 6+ months after return), blank pages, residency permits, and criminal-record implications.
- Visa assistance (when included) is administrative only. Issuance is at the sole discretion of the relevant authority. Denials do not guarantee refunds beyond what Suppliers allow.
- For Saudi permits (e.g., Umrah/Rawdah via Nusuk or similar), availability and approval are not guaranteed and may change without notice.
- Consult your clinician and review CDC/official advisories for required or recommended vaccinations and health measures.
- You confirm all travelers are fit for long walks, heat, crowds, and extended standing common during Umrah and tours.
- Costs arising from medical events, testing, quarantine, or entry refusals are your responsibility.
You understand that travel may involve health risks and changing rules (screening, documentation, masking, quarantine, insurance restrictions). Governments and Suppliers set policies and may affect your trip before or during travel. You accept these risks and agree that refunds, rebooking, or credits are subject to Supplier policies and any applicable insurance you purchase.
- Check-in guidance: 2 hours before domestic and 3 hours before international flights (subject to change; verify with the airline). Reconfirm schedules 24–72 hours pre-departure.
- Airlines control schedules, routes, aircraft, and baggage rules. Missed flights due to documentation issues, late arrival, or security delays are your responsibility.
- Once issued, most tickets are non-refundable, and changes (if allowed) incur airline fees and fare differences.
- Star ratings are provided by Suppliers or local authorities and may differ from US expectations.
- “Kaaba view” or “haram view” may be partial or obstructed, based on hotel inventory and room designation.
- Standard check-in/out times apply; early check-in/late check-out are subject to availability and fees.
- Triple/quad rooms may use existing bedding or rollaways/sofas per hotel policy.
- Shared or private transfers are provided as stated. Traffic, events, and security controls may cause delays or resequencing.
- Luggage capacity is limited; extra/oversize bags may require additional transport at extra cost.
- Ziyarat/city tours may rotate in order or timing due to local conditions or crowd control.
- For multi-passenger bookings, we may communicate primarily with the group lead. The group lead is responsible for sharing details with all travelers.
- Quotes assume travelers arrive together. Separate arrivals can require additional transfer costs.
- 61+ days: Loss of deposit + any non-refundable items.
- 31–60 days: 50% of the total package price + non-refundables.
- 0–30 days: 100% of the total package price.
Changes (names/dates/rooming/route): Subject to availability, Supplier approval, and fees plus price differences. Group air usually prohibits name changes.
Refund timing: If a refund is due, it is processed after we receive funds back from Suppliers. Timing varies by Supplier.
- We are not the source or Supplier of most travel services and act on your behalf with disclosed principals.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury, property loss, delay, or expenses arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of authorities, weather, natural disasters, labor actions, civil disturbance, health events, security directives, equipment breakdown, theft, or Supplier insolvency.
- Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid to us for the specific service at issue. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
- Your bank may charge foreign transaction fees; we are not responsible for such charges.
- If a quote is in a foreign currency, the USD amount is an estimate at that time; exchange movements may change the final charge.
- If a card payment is reversed or declined after services have been confirmed, you remain responsible for the balance and any collection costs permitted by law.
